  Our stay at Ivan’s Villa Nina was just perfect! The house is very spacious with beautiful rooms, several areas where you can sit together with your friends and offered us... read more everything we needed, from the outdoor cooking area to the Billard table. Sometimes we didn’t even want to leave the house and just chill at the pool and enjoy the amazing sea and mountain view.

The small town where the Villa is located is unbelievably beautiful and only a 5 min drive from the supermarket/10 min drive from our ocean spot and also very close to the city center.

Ivan is the perfect host and was always available if we needed anything! He always gave his best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and he helped us also with some unusual requests, like getting gas for our pizza oven, even if he didn’t have to! We for sure would book Ivan’s house again!

P.S: Watching the sunsets from the pool area and enjoying dinner at the outside table was our favorite activity

La casa è immersa in un piccolo borgo situato su una collina sopra Makarska lontano dalla confusione del turismo di massa.Penso che il fiore all'occhiello della casa sia senza dubbio la piscina rigorosamente con acqua riscaldata da cui si possono ammirare fantastici tramonti e le isole. Ivan è davvero un host speciale, di una disponibilità unica molto premuroso e gentile ,assicurandosi costantemente durante il soggiorno che tutto scorresse per il meglio.Super consigliato +++++

Ivan is the most wonderful host and we used all his tips and recommendations for the area in and around Tučepi. He helped us with everything we needed and left us a beautiful welcome gift when we arrived. The village of Coviči and the mountain behind the villa were breathtaking and an unexpected treat.

Er war schnell erreichbar und hat auch viele Empfehlungen für die Unternehmungen in der Gegend gegeben. Der Check in... read more und -out war flexibel was uns auch sehr gefreut hat. Die Unterkunft ist toll ausgestattet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen!

He was always available via phone and open-minded with booking changes.... read more The villa is well equipped and generously dimensioned. It is located on a solitary hillside. With a group of nine friends everybody had enough private space.
Beautiful remote beaches are reachable by car in 15 minutes. Parking lots at the beach are not
always available nearby and you might have to walk a longer distance but it´s worth it.

In a nutshell we had a great time.
