Ivan was the perfect host, he provided is a lot of Information about the villages of Tucepi and Makarska, e.g. Bars and restaurants. The location was peaceful and ideal for relaxing, yet still convenient for exploring the area. Ivan has been excellent—friendly and responsive throughout. Even helped us to book a taxi. We genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to moan about. Highly recommend and would love to return!

  We were wellcomed with food and refreshments in the fridge and had a wonderful (wunderschöÖön) time at Ivan´s Villa. He was always available via phone and open-minded with booking changes.... read more The villa is well equipped and generously dimensioned. It is located on a solitary hillside. With a group of nine friends everybody had enough private space.
Beautiful remote beaches are reachable by car in 15 minutes. Parking lots at the beach are not
always available nearby and you might have to walk a longer distance but it´s worth it.

  We have spent wonderful 10 days in Valentina’s and Ivan’s beautiful villa. It’s really well situated- in a small traditional stone village on the hill only 5 minutes by car... read more from Makarska and its charming sea coast, full of life beaches. So everyone can find something interesting. The property is really specious with awesome, private swimming pool with amazing sea view, billiards, table football, 2 fully equipped barbecue corners, private gym, big dining and living rooms. We lived in 3 families and it still was not crowded. It is designed with great taste and respect for local tradition and in the same time it’s modern and comfortable. Our hosts are incredibly hospitable, warm and friendly, however they respect their guests privacy. At the beginning we were welcomed with some local snacks and vine. We could also taste some local honey and olive and some fresh vegetables just from the garden. Ivan was really helpful with some untypical needs as for example he borrowed us a guitar.
This villa seems to be so idyllic and perfect that at the begging we were afraid that the photos are a bit upgraded. After the stay we can confirm that everything in villa description reflects the reality. It’s a perfect place for perfect holidays! Valentina and Ivan thank you for everything, we hope that we can meet again in your beautiful villa. It was really nice to meet such friendly people on the way! Agnes and Paul with children and friends:))) The villa, although located quite far from the sea, is a pearl in this location.   Our stay at Ivan’s Villa Nina was just perfect! The house is very spacious with beautiful rooms, several areas where you can sit together with your friends and offered us... read more everything we needed, from the outdoor cooking area to the Billard table. Sometimes we didn’t even want to leave the house and just chill at the pool and enjoy the amazing sea and mountain view.

The small town where the Villa is located is unbelievably beautiful and only a 5 min drive from the supermarket/10 min drive from our ocean spot and also very close to the city center.

Ivan is the perfect host and was always available if we needed anything! He always gave his best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and he helped us also with some unusual requests, like getting gas for our pizza oven, even if he didn’t have to! We for sure would book Ivan’s house again!

P.S: Watching the sunsets from the pool area and enjoying dinner at the outside table was our favorite activity
